Hi friends!  It's September, and the weather is sorta? changing.  ((I live in LA, so the weather never really changes.))  But I always love this time of year because it's the official start of Fall, which is one of my favorite times of the year.

Here's what I've been up to this month!

I just finished reading Sarah Dessen's latest novel, Once and For All.  It was a nice, light read, and everything I expect from a Sarah Dessen book: teen girl with cool summer job, summer romance, and falling in love with a boy who is "so not my type."  Perfect book for YA fans in the summer.

Now I'm reading a comic book series called Runaways.  I'm on volume 2 of the complete collection.  If you are unfamiliar with this comic, it is about a group of teens who find out their parents are evil villains, so they runaway and become heroes.  Also, there's going to be a Runaways TV show on Hulu starting in November!  I'm definitely going to be watching!

I'm currently watching 13 Reasons Why on Netflix.  I'm on episode 5, and I'm loving it so much!  It really feels like you're reading a YA novel.  I love the characters, and the way they reveal a new character every episode.

I'm also watching South Park, The Good Place and old re-runs of Friends and The Office.  ((I've never watched The Office before, so we started from season 1.))

Early this month, I ran/walked the Disneyland Half Marathon and 10K.  I'm so excited that I actually finished both races!
*Side note - the picture above is me after the half marathon.  It's also a picture of my crazy eyebrows.  I had been growing them out for two months by the time I took this picture.  Good news, I finally got them waxed!

This month, I am finishing my 301 improv class.  My class show on October 1st!

I just got back from visiting Vancouver.  This was my first trip to Canada, and it was wonderful!  I really didn't want to leave.  I was only there Friday night to Sunday night, so I didn't have a lot of time.  But my boyfriend and I visited the Vancouver Aquarium and walked around to all the shops in the downtown area.  I hope I'll get to go back soon.

This one is random, but I'm currently loving Alice Cooper.  I heard an interview with him last week, and since then I have dove deep into the Alice Cooper black hole.  I started listening to all of his music on Spotify, and I just finished listening to his biography Alice Cooper: Golf Monster on Audible.  I find him to be very inspiring.  He's a hard worker, and he never takes himself too seriously.  He's also someone who does whatever makes him happy and isn't afraid of what other people will think.  I admire that.

What have you been up to this month?  Let me know in the comments below!
